  • Transporting Your Package

Packages are shipped within 8 days, the time to manufacture the product, after receiving your payment.

#Classic shipping
The standard shipping method is the ICI Relay, your package is to be picked up in one of the 5000 relay points in France. If you wish a home delivery, choose the Exapaq Classique solution. A last option is possible: Home delivery in a specific time slot of your choice.

#Sending abroad
For shipments outside Metropolitan France, only the Exapaq Classic solution is available. You still benefit from a follow-up throughout the sending of your package.

#Package Tracking
For the follow-up of your parcel, let you guide by our Web site which will explain you the steps to follow. For any problems or questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

#Shipping price
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order and the destination of the sending. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and you will be charged for each one.

#Package protection

Our packages are oversized and protected, we have developed custom packaging with our supplier so that all our products are transported without any risk.

#Pick up at the workshop

Of course the easiest way is to come and pick up your package directly in our workshop located in the Vosges! Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. 

In addition to a warm welcome, you will have the opportunity to visit the manufacturing site and meet the team before leaving with your order. Thank you for informing us in advance of your visit.

  • Returns

In case of non-conformity of the package received compared to your initial order, exchange or after sales service, a return of the package is possible. To know the steps to follow, contact us:

We recommend that you return your item in its original box with a loss and damage insurance and a follow-up of the shipment.

You must enclose with the package:

- your contact information, a valid return address, your telephone number and your e-mail address 

e-mail address;

- a brief description of the problem encountered, specifying whether you want an exchange or a repair;

- a copy of the proof of purchase.
