The transport of your package
Packages are dispatched whithin 8 days after receiving your payment, during that time we manufacture the frame.
The standard shipping method is "ICI Relay", your will have to retrieve your parcel in one of the 5000 pick-up points in France. If you want a home delivery, choose Classic Exapaq solution. A final option is possible: Home delivery within a specific time slot of your choice.
For shipments outside France, only the solution Exapaq Classic is possible. You still get all the same tracking system for your package.

#Price of shipping
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order and the destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.
Our packages are oversized and protected, we have developped customized packaging with our supplier for all our products are transported without any risk.
Of course the simplest is still to come and collect your parcel directly to our workshop located in the Vosges! Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 18pm.
In addition to a warm welcome then you will get the possibility to be able to visit places of manufacture and meet the team presents before leaving with your order. Thank you notify us in advance of your arrival.

In case of non compliance of the package received from your initial order, a return of the package is possible. To know what to do, contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend that you return your item in its original box with a loss and damage insurance and shipment tracking. You must attach to the package:
- Your contact information, a valid return address, your phone number and address
- A brief description of the problem and whether you want an exchange or repair;
- A copy of proof of purchase.
