The Transport Of Your Parcel
Packages are shipped within 8 days after receipt of payment.
The standard shipping method is the ICI Relay, your package is to be picked up in one of the 5000 relay points in France. If you wish a home delivery, choose the Exapaq Classic solution. A last option is possible: Home delivery in a specific time slot of your choice.
For shipments outside Metropolitan France, only the Exapaq Classic solution is possible. You will still benefit from a follow-up throughout the sending of your package.
#Tracking your parcel
To track your package, let our website guide you through the steps to follow. For any problems or questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order and the destination of the sending. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
#Protection of the package
Our packages are oversized and protected, we have developed custom packaging with our supplier so that all our products are transported without any risk.
#Pick up at the workshop
Of course, the easiest way is to come and pick up your package directly in our workshop located in the Vosges! Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
In addition to a warm welcome, you will have the opportunity to visit the workshop and meet the team before leaving with your order. Thank you for informing us in advance of your visit.
