Our General Conditions Of Sale

1. Scope of Application

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the contractual obligations of the parties are governed by these general conditions. These last ones are thus applicable to all the sales carried out by In'Bô.

Thus, any order form accepted by the customer implies his adhesion, without reserve, to the whole of the present general conditions.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

In order to mark his acceptance and thus to conclude the resulting contract, the customer must validate the box "I accept the general conditions of sales" or any equivalent mention.

3. Payment

Payment can be made in cash (within the limits prescribed by law), by French cheque, by bank transfer or by credit card in our online store.

The payment is made by the customer before the sending of the article for a private individual and with reception of the invoice for a professional.

Any delay or total or partial failure to pay the price, in principal and accessory, gives rise to the payment by THE CUSTOMER of a late penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate. The legal interest rate used is the one in force at the date of the order or the conclusion of the contract. This penalty is calculated on the amount of the outstanding amount, excluding taxes, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being required.

Any stop payment on a check given in payment, except in the case of loss, theft, or bankruptcy of the bearer, is considered as the issuance of a bad check.

THE CUSTOMER shall bear all costs due to a wrongful stop payment, regardless of the means of payment used. In this respect, the stop payment must be immediately lifted so that the claim can be represented and paid.

This clause must be brought to the attention of the banker or the postal cheque accounts by THE CUSTOMER.

4. Transfer of Ownership

Whatever the method of payment chosen, the transfer of ownership to the CUSTOMER occurs only after full payment of the items ordered. However, the risks weighing on these articles are transferred to the CUSTOMER as of their reception by this last.
